DEDICATIONS 4

To Barry, John, Jim, Jonathon, Josie, Steve, Jacqui and other friends and colleagues who expressed an interest in what I was doing, convinced me that I was only marginally paranoid and obsessed with subliminal sex in adverts i.e. sane in most respects, and offered support and encouragement when necessary.

They can now tell me to find something else to talk about.
